Agreement to terms.

By accessing or using holisticautoimmune.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by Sarah Luebker, DO, doing business as The Holistic Rheumatologist ("we," "us," "our").

Educational purpose only.

The Site is for general educational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use of the Site does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Dr. Luebker. See our full medical disclaimer for details.

Intellectual property.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, downloads, the typography choices, and the underlying code — is the property of Sarah Luebker, DO or her licensors, and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

What you may do

• View the Site for personal, non-commercial educational use.
• Print or download single copies of pages for your own personal reference.
• Share links to pages on social media, in email, or in other contexts.
• Quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link back to the source page.

What you may not do

• Republish or redistribute content from the Site without written permission.
• Sell, license, or commercially exploit any of the content.
• Modify the content and present it as your own work.
• Use the content in any way that infringes our trademarks, including "The Holistic Rheumatologist" and the associated brand marks.
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to extract content at scale, except for legitimate search engine indexing.
• Reproduce the content to train commercial AI systems without separate written permission.

User conduct.

When you use the Site, including any forms, comments, or other interactive features, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or harassing information.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our servers, or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers hosting it.
• Use the Site to send spam, distribute malware, or engage in any other illegal activity.
• Submit any content that infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

Third-party links and content.

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including peer-reviewed journals, society guidelines, and other educational resources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, privacy practices, or accuracy. A link doesn't imply endorsement of everything on the destination site.

Disclaimer of warranties.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Site, including:

• That the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• That information on the Site is accurate, complete, current, or reliable.
• That any results will be achieved from using information on the Site.
• That the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components.

You use the Site at your own risk.

Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Sarah Luebker, DO, The Holistic Rheumatologist, or any of our affiliates, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or pain and suffering, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100 USD) or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sarah Luebker, DO and The Holistic Rheumatologist from any claim, liability, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or rights of any third party, or your misuse of the Site.

Termination.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

Governing law and disputes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. If the changes are material, we'll post a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability and entire agreement.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with the privacy policy, medical disclaimer, cookie policy, and affiliate disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
